Last night, while in Salinas. California, getting loaded, I got a message from my cousin that my uncle passed away. He had a heart valve replacement and two bypass done at the beginning of Dec. He was 89. I don't look up to alot of people, be he was one of them. As a kid he never yelled at me, even when I done wrong. He been married to my aunt for 63 years and that is something to be proud of today. He took care of his family like a man should have done. And he reads anything he can get his hands on, needless to say he was very intelligent. He will be deeply miss. Rob

Those are the best kind. I have a broken nose, thanks to my late brother, when we were kids. Long story, but I can not wear regular hard safety glasses because my nose bridge is way to wide. -

That's great that you were wearing them, could have been worst. Glad you are alright. I wear glasses and they act like my safety glasses as well. Funny thing is when I start wearing them. I got a piece of metal in my eye from grinding. Drove all night to receiver then on the way back, I only had one eye to get home during rush hour traffic. That was fun. Rob -

Hope you are ok and hope you had glasses(safety glass) on. I pass up a job husling a tanker with ammonia. But they did say they will supply the gas mask. Lol. Rob -

I don't mind women having one or two tattoos, but they must be done tastefully. And non smoker, long hair(shoulder or longer, no weird colors) and between size 10 to 16, is what I look for, and it is hard to find women like this these days. Rob

Had off for 8 days and it was so nice. Only got pissed when I went to marriage counseling. Lol. But I managed to clean up the work/reloading bench. I still need to run a extension cord for the power strip but look nice. I even made a mounting plate for the Dillion 750. My wife got me two new stools for Christmas.

After reading and listening to podcasts on WWII, I think Germany lost the war because the did it to themselves by kill the economy of the country they invaded. If the Nazis would allow the country they invaded to operate as normal, they would have a good fight chance to win. Instead they took every and force their captive country work for very low wage. Here is what I think that win wars 1. Productive 2. Supply 3. Invention 4. Blood, guts, sweat, and tears. What you think? Rob

To Sporterize or Not to sporterize that is the question?
spec4 e4 replied to Jeremy's topic in Sporterizing Firearms
For me, it's about condition then if it's rare. I bought many u-fix-em just for the receivers. I got to save a few because some of them just missing a screw or something small that was easy to find. Other had a nasty unusable bore from using corrosive ammo. I am coming to the end of those receivers and will be done. Rob -
$20 is on it's way Rob
