It could be perceived as stalking, and a threat, in court. If you shot at any US aircraft, you'd be violently arrested, Your family made to lay prone at gun point, your home searched/ransacked. Then, before being sent to prison for life, you would be legally subjected to water boarding or some other torture. Nope, I wouldn't recomend it. Which makes me think of McCain's parody of the Beach Boys: "Bomb, bomb, bomb, bomb, bomb Iran" which also led to some saber rattling.
