Too right.

Never subscribe to anything that tries to undermine your rights,

That is sort of like mailing ammo to the foe.

Note that Bloomberg, who is behind this person, has armed guards even at his estate in Bermuda, where the public police are unarmed. One rule for him and a another one for the commoners.

With that in mind, how many of us belong to AARP?

AARP claims to support 2nd Amendment rights for "responsible citizens" but they also give financial support to the Brady gun banners.

But don't take my word for it, google it.

AARP were also big supporters of Obama Care. Lying to their members claiming retirees on Medicare out of pocket costs would decrease.

AARP ?

Not I.

I heard one of their people, on TV, tell a group of people at an AARP meeting to go to hell because they dared to question her about Obama care. Now I don't know who was aright or wrong as to Obama care at that point in time, but I do know that AARP was rude and dictatorial and I will not deal with people like that.

As to their support for "responsible" gun rights? Let them define "responsible."

I am not surprised to read that they support Brady...playing both sides.

AARP has always been a huge leftist organization. Their "magazine" was produced by the same people that put out Penthouse, basically pornographers. They are actually an insurance agency front, much like the AMA. Extremely anti-gun. "I hear" there's a campaign out there to take their Business Reply envelopes, tear your name and any other identifying information off their garbage, write "I'm the NRA" on the stuff, put it in their envelope and drop it in the mail box. You are supporting the USPS doing this, as they get like a buck or something for every Business Reply envelope they process and you are taking that dollar from our enemies.

Oh, and I boycott all leftist corporations or organizations just on principal. They can do without my dollars.

I used to see it all the time while I was employed by the USPS. Not just AARP but many people return post paid envelopes. Do however use your head and don't send anything, dirty kitty litter for example back to them. The kitty litter considered a bio-hazard or a harmless powder like baking soda could get the sender in big time trouble. I do mean trouble like a federal prosecution and prison time for a potentially harmful substance.

The return envelopes are usually stuffed with harmless junk mail from another sender like grocery ads. One can also fill out the card saying "bill me" creating additional costs for AARP. I still carry my AARP card I never paid for and have used it to get discounts on a motel and rental car.

The business reply envelopes are some what pricey. I worked with them when postage was 27 cents the reply envelope cost 41. I have no idea of today's cost but they do have to pay for each and every one.

Also if you get mail from an undesirable and it is marked "address correction requested". Write "refused" on it without opening it and the mailer has to pay to get it back. Even a magazine being refused after subscription canceled will cost them.

I'll have to remember that "refused" thing. That's a good one. When I send something back with a postage reply envelope, "I hear" people are sometimes tempted to package tape it to a rock or a brick or cinderblock, but usually "they" just put whatever crap was sent to them sanitized of identifying information back in the envelope. "I hear" it is a new hobby. "Help Keep Obama's Postal Service in business...."

Before refusing it make sure it has some like address correction requested. If it says some like "Postmaster handle in accordance to regulation number XXX" it is just going to be tossed in the garbage. Undeliverable junk mail just gets tossed. My station was filling two garbage bins per week.
