scott63
So the range rod is supposed to be used when indicating in an unchambered barrel, and the indicator rod is for a chambered barrel. But how are the two rods different? Aren't they both diameter specific to the caliber you are indicating? Thanks in advance for clarifying.....Scott

donmarkey
The taper point on indicator rod is close to the bushing for use it prechambered barrels. The range rod is for blanks. -Don
