  1. I would like to find a laminate stock for a model 98, Mine is stamped 1934 so if you have one and you have switched to a different stock, let me know I might want to buy yours. I want to sport one out using an original stock, or I guess I could buy a whole rifle? any ideas are welcome
  2. That is what I want that deep "the wood is in plastic" look like the tables at Applebees.
  3. I was wondering about The section that covers refinishing the factory stock. It says to use oil etc. I would like to use polyurethane to cote the stock. I have a factory laminate stock, so are the techniques any different because of this. also I would like to know if I should be wet sanding or dry sanding and with any chemicals if it is laminate?
  4. I can not seem to fine the post you speak of?
  5. I have a 1940 German Mauser that I have had since I was twelve etc.etc. I am refinishing the stock and need to remove the small circle that has a stamped number on one side and two holes on the other with a crush fit metal cylinder coming out of t? Any ideas would be great.
