There is only one Michone and there are not enough Katanas to go around. BS aside I saw it in an alert from the NRA-ILA. I'm not familiar with Georgia politics but I very seriously doubt it will ever make its way out of committee. My best guess the two black female legislatures that introduced it know it wont go anywhere and did it for publicity. Possibly they are looking for campaign donations from the Brady Bunch.
