Several months back I was going to and couldn't find it and have turned the place upside down and still cant find it to make copies for the vendors, I'm afraid it's been thrown in the trash by mistake and is long gone. I've been meaning to call the ATF about a replacement but just hadn't gotten around to it and last night I got a renewal form from them in the mail and plan to renew it.
