On Friday, I had an hernia surgery and everything went fine. It was a little worst then they thought but fix it. After what I have been Thursday, I really can't complain but it hurt like an son of a biscuits. It burns at timesome and other it's been ok. My wife has been there for me every step of the way. She has been my rock that I lean on. What an woman.

Rob its been a few years since my hernia surgery and i was really surprised how fast I healed up.

Here's the problem, I don't listen to anyone. But my wife said she will help me listen to my doctors. Lol. My doctors think it was the car accident after the emergency surgery that did the hernia. It's more painful then the emergency surgery but then again, I was out for 4 to 5 days out of it.

Incisional hernias like that are a biatch. You need to be VERY careful to not lift anything and take really good care of that. And lose a few pounds too.

Like I said, I'm not doing nothing. As for the weight, that extra skin hanging around. Went from 310 to 200 lbs. About 14 months ago.

Day 3: walked around at Bushnell outlet. Pick up an nice 4.5-18X40 AR optics scope and rifle rest(birthday present). Then walked around Harbor Frieght and pick up an few tools. Then walked around Sam's and got a few things. Wife was with me the whole time and she would not let me pick up anything. Went home and I was feeling ok but a little soar. Took an pain killer and took an nap.

I didn't know Bushnell had outlets. Do they have "really good" prices? That might be worth a road trip.

There is two near me. One is in Kansas City, KS and that one is the big one and they do have some good deals. The Lee Summit, which the one I visit today for the first time was small and had ok sales.

10% off for NRA member and must product an card. Scope, rifle rest and some targets was about $230
