Here is my rilfe (on the left). I didn't do the work, but its a nice example. I found it at a pawn shop. It was built on a JC Higgins FN built Sears action, original barrel (chrome lined), restocked in walnut, metal refinished to matt, Timney trigger, and jeweled bolt. In 30-06. Picked it up for $550.
The second picture is my wife's rifle. I didn't do the work on this one either, but I got this on a very good deal. VZ24 action, new barrel, butter knife bolt handle, timney trigger, wood is African but I don't remember what kind, it has checkering, and an inlay in the stock, hot blued, and Winchester type 3 position safety. The receiver, floor plate trigger guard, scope mounts and cocking piece are engraved with leaves. The length of pull is shorter for a female. Her gun is in 7x57 and is our best shooting rifle.
