FC
We're in Vienna, fixin' to leave on the riverboat for Bratislava. At the Hapsburg palace, Emperor Charles VI rifled musket was displayed. What makes it unique is that he had poor eyesight. After shooting a prince dead accidentally someone put a monoclonal on it for a sight on the rear! FC
In Vienna there were several Arabs begging for money. I never saw anyone give them handouts. Great concert there. People were courteous. Austrians smoke as much as the French. Bratislava today. Not that great of a stop. We just cruised into Hungary. One church building has a glass floor where you could look fown at thousand year old human skeletons. Just freaky! We ate supper with an old Vietnam War helicopter pilot colonel. I can see why people are thinner. Less good, and a lot more walking and biking.
Dr.Hess
What's Hungary like? They won't take the sand people in. Put up a fence on the border, fire hoses, machine guns, etc. Kicked Soros out. Sounds like a nice place.
FC
We arrived in Budapest today. Way too crowded for me- wall to wall people. We saw one woman, only one so far, in Muslim garb in the shopping mall. I saw a little gun store from the bus. I asked an English man on our tour if he was still in a tolerant mood? Not really! I told him I have no tolerance left, and we have guns. He said no such luck in the U. K.
Dr.Hess
The only place in the world that I have been that had a gun store, besides the US, was Argentina. I didn't know Hungary had them too.
FC
I saw a sign saying "derringer", which caught my eye. Then I saw a rifle picture. Pretty sure I saw deer stands in Austria. Different subject- pay is low. Slovakia average, we're told, is $850/month; Hungary about $1000, and $350 - $400 in Bulgaria and Romania. Prices aren't cheaper here. 15% flat tax Hungsry, and 20% Slovakia. Something like 20% VAT.
