wfpack14
I currently have a 6.5 x55 being built on a small ring 98 Mex. By Z1r. I am starting to think about the reloading for this gun and am wondering what kind of pressure I should be looking at. I read to not load the maximum in the older actions..not sure if that is true now that it is a rebuild and has been heat treated. Thanks for the info guys. z1r
This action has two things going for it: 1) It's a 98. 2) It has just been heat treated. You can consider it a MODERN action and load accordingly. No need to push things because the 6.5 at modern pressures is a very capable round. No need to baby it either.
