This not some act committed in a dark alley by cartels but an offical act by two nations elected governments to aid in the commission of illegal acts upon the USA.
That is an act of war .

Hell yes its an act of WAR!

Its also an act of TREASON by people within our own country to allow these diseased illegal aliens in our country in the first place.

51% of the Illegals have TB!!!!!!

Some of that TB is the drug resistant type. Border patrol agents and others working with the illegals are already getting sick.

Local news is reporting the motels at Nogales Az are full of Border Patrol Agents. The agents fear spreading disease, lice, ring-worm and numerous other contagious things to their families.

Being a former fed employee I can imagine the battle the agents are having with federal worker's comp. Worker's Comp claims the burden of proof is on the employee. How does an agent prove he contracted TB while on duty and not from somebody coughing in his direction in a shopping center. My guess if it is similar to what Letter Carriers had to go through to process a comp claim for skin cancer. The claim will automatically be denied and the employee and the union will devote a great deal of resources to get the claim in the system.

Despite any bad feelings many have about unions. If not for the union representing the Border Agents very little of the mis-handling of the border situation would have never been reported to the media. The union reps can speak out without fear of a reprisal the front line employees would have to deal with.

Hopefully the agents have a Senator or Congressman willing to lean on Workers Comp in DC when they deny legitimate claims for chicken sh!t reasons. Without going into great details I was personally involved assisting a co-worker that had to take a polygraph before his claim was accepted. When Congress enacted the Federal Worker's Comp program. The law was written putting a cap on attorney fees and other BS. Making it nearly impossible to find an attorney willing to take a federal Worker's Comp claim.
