The judge also stated that he was a Muslim as well. He should have recused himself at the very least. I hope that as a result of this ruling he not only forfeits his seat on the bench, but his privilage to practice law all together.

My guess is the judge believes Allah will reward him with a few extra cherries. At least there are a few states, Arizona being one. A recall movement would have started by now.
