We must keep in contact with our Reps as they have 2 year terms.

Stopping this in the House is our best bet. Do not depend on the courts.

recall Roberts and health care?

Get in touch with your reps.

I've started reading individuals clamoring for a violent uprising against the gubmint, or defending their arms with violence. What this means is there are potentially tens of thousands of men with differing "red lines" where they would use force. That's troubling to read. Who are they going to shoot? The National Guardsmen? Local cops?

There would need to be leadership defining the line in the sand that some want, and what would be done if it is crossed. Really, without states asserting their rights this would not likely work.

I find this disturbing as well. I just cannot imagine firing on the flag my family has defended for over 200 years.

I beleive that there may be a few isolated incidents but, most people have no idea of the force that can be brought to bear by the US government. The government has proven repeatedly that it is perfectly willing to "take your gun from your cold dead hand".

The Constitution is a social contract and binding on both the state and the people.

Any attempt to remove from the people their right to arms will voilate that contract and start the conflict.

That is why I encourage gentlemen to use peaceful means to seek redress while we still can.
