FC
What do you fellas think this is worth? Pretty neat. I'm not sure it's legal to walk about with, but I'm bidding on it. http://www.ebay.com/itm/380684429007?ssPageName=STRK:MEBIDX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1431.l2649
karlunity
This is just a guess. But these days, I would think at least 2 to 3 bills. I love to see their face at work...You go in sorta limping and say "I twisted my ankle at the rifle range. I will need my cane for a few days. I was given to by an ole Indian I once took care of." When the Col says. "That is a weapon! you cannot bring that on an Army base."( That in it self is a strange idea..no weapons on an army base) Just look at him or her and smile and say. "That is rather racist." When they turn white and their mouth hangs open. you can add, "Oh, I guess you did not know, this was given to me by a "Native American" very prized in their culture"!!!!!!!!!!! : ) Perhaps not. As it is not true and an officer must be truthful. But the look on their face would be something. Karl
FC
I got a chuckle out that! I really like the way the head is secured to the handle.
FC
I lost- it went for $304. That's quite a bit!
AzRednek
Nice piece but certainly not worth the nearly 305 bux it went for. I wonder myself if it would be legal. Years ago, late 70's a Shotgun News merchant was trying to skirt around the law on cane guns by selling muzzle loading, black powder replicas. I ordered one and promptly received my money order back along with a form letter stating ATF would not allow the cane gun to be imported. I phoned ATF and the as usual rude agent said the exemption for replicas did not apply to cane, umbrella or pen guns. Don't know if what I was told was law or just the particular agent's opinion. I never saw the ad again in Shotgun News.
FC
Supposedly cane swords are legal, but I'm really skeptical of that claim.
AzRednek
Supposedly cane swords are legal, but I'm really skeptical of that claim. No fed law against sword canes I'm aware of. States and cities likely consider them a concealed weapon.
