From the pov of the left, the nation state is dead.

 

This is a positive as it prevents world war and ensures a world order.

 

Since there is only one world government, there can be only one people..the human nation.

 

Any one or any group that disturbs the peace of the state is a criminal.

 

The are criminals and criminal gangs and so the world state treats them by sending in the police (troops) Just as the police would go after a criminal in your city.

 

Since there are no nation states, there are no borders, indeed the very concept is dangerous as it can make us fall back to the ideal of the nation state and open the possibility of war.

 

Religion has no meaning..if there were a god..why is there such evil in the world?

 

Religion, since it divides people into groups undermines their world identity and leads to war.

 

Man, by the use of reason, has the power to build the perfect world.

 

Since the mind of man is a blank slate, it is possible by the use of progressive education

to mold the peace loving, kind, sharing, citizen of the world.

 

Since the fall of the USSR and the opening of China, we have what the Big Four hoped to build after WW ll a "New World Order" which requires a new elite to govern it in order to maintain it.

 

So, troops become world police..Corporations and unions become international and borders become a line on a map.

 

The only things that cannot be allowed are those that disrupt the social balance.

Keep the people happy and distracted with TV... and drugs and handouts and keep the culture in a state of controlled flux. Promate lots of free sex but disparage the concept of family,, gotta keep that population down.

 

Fight wars...but not to win as that may get out of hand...remove want greed and overpopulation as they are the parents of war.

 

Nothing is worth fighting for and since the only people who would fight are irrational, they must be viewed as either sick or stupid. ( Which is why the let calls anyone who disagrees with them stupid.."Bush was Forest Grump.."

 

Nationalists, that would be us guys, are by the virtue of our ideals a danger to the New World Order.

 

The motto of the Earth state is: DON'T ROCK THE BOAT.

Sounds right Karl- feelings over logic is the basis of their thought patterns. They've got the Star Trek "Federation" mentality.

 

I forgot to tell you about something. When I was getting interviewed for renewal of my secret clearance, the contract lady interviewing me asked if I supported the policies of the United States government. I said, "I don't like Obama." She said, "But do you support the policies of the United States in general?" I said, "Yes, in general." I did not like that question at all.

I tend to agree, but it may be that she was just trying to find out if you had become a radical. Since you received your clearance, your answers must have been acceptable.
