Retire..Gad..who expected to live long enough to type that!!!! We are cleaning out the junk and getting ready to post the "For sale" sign. But I figure that it will take a year and so I will keep my job till the deal closes. You know what the prices have fallen to, but they are lower still in Florida, so things, with the help of God, will turn out fine. I love NYC or did but I would never again live as a serf who was not permitted the use of arms. So I gotta head South.
