karlunity
Well, we have a buyer. We sent the "counter" in on Tuesday and he accepted. Now we had a new "Full" price offer today, before I signed the agreement. The one I accepted is about 5 grand less, but as I saw the other fella first and he accepted my "Counters" I have to go with that,(sorta like shaking hands over a mil sup deal) unless he fails to meet his part. We still have the inspection and appraisals to pass...Cali being Cali...but things look good. Karl
Dr.Hess
That's great, Karl. Just curious, and don't answer if you don't want to, but what price range is your house? That is, is your house average for the PRC (whatever that is), a McMansion, etc. I am just wondering if all these offers came because your house was in the 200K range and every thing else in the PRC is 600K, etc. Or has the PRC real estate market turned around, at least for now? Towards the end of the boom, a builder I know here was only building smaller single family units on spec. He had built a really nice McMansion and had to sit on it for a year or more to get rid of it, and that was well before everything went pop.
