AzRednek
Doesn't look like anybody will leave hungry!! Sure wish somebody put on an event like that in my neck of the woods. What caught my attention was the rib eating contest. Win or lose I'd sign up just for a plate of barbecued ribs. Stuffing myself with Q'd ribs with Blue Grass music has to be a perfect way to spend a Sunday afternoon.
FC
The Weather Channel said 10% chance of rain, but it drizzled until about 5:00. We left for a while after looking at the slaves' quarters, then came back later when the weather was better. The food was pretty good. I wasn't much on the odd bluegrass style of Sam Bush. He plays reggae-infused bluegrass in some of his music. The plantation is pretty. We might get by Magnolia Plantation, which is said to have the oldest flower garden in the US.
