Getting To Be A Better Revolver Shot

practice is the key I guess.

Since I got the .22 revolver, I have been shooting 100 to 150 rounds at a time at the pistol range.

Can't do that with the other pistols as they won't allow reloads and his "range ammo" is 20 bucks a box.

With the .22 I can shoot all day for 10 bucks.

Anyway, now I can keep about half the rounds in the black at 25 meters.

With my .22 rifle of course they are all in the black..

When I first went there they checked the ammo...I could have gotten around that..bring one box of approved ammo and a few other boxes of reloads in my pack...but the last time I went the owner told the guy at the counter "he is ok, you don't have to check him". So now I cannot sneak any in it is a point of honor.

I found an outdoor range that I will join in June...only problem is that it is about an hour away...but you can shoot BP and it goes to 200 meters for the rifles.

I would suspect the "safety" issue is really more a "profit" issue. Everyone has to earn a living, but I gotta live too. At least you can shoot 22 cheap all day.

I actually think I shot a lot more when I couldn't just walk outside and do it, like now. Of course, ammo was a lot cheaper then.
