I too would like to state that I have also used Mark's services both personally and professionally (Sporter Express). He has rethreaded barrels and barreled 6 or 7 rifles for me. I have always been happy both in performance and appearance. As stated by others, each time these barrels have shot sub MOA. I will certainly continue to use, and refer others to Mark's services in the future.

A Turk with Dual Grip Thumbhole, .270 Remington rethread
BRNO Action with a featherweight .30-06 barrel resting in a Bell and Carlson Stock.
Both rifle barrels installed by Skaggs Gunsmithing, 270 was blued by a local gunsmith, remainder of work completed by yours truly.
