I don't think our marriage will ever be the same. As for counseling, I think it's a joke. It might work but I see more couples get divorced after it. She is making more of a effort now since she knows I'm not bluffing. We will see if things improve but this time next year. I want to be home every day and have a life outside of trucking. Talked to her last night and she was very upset. I lay out my case and the same bs came up. I told her to remember the stuff but why bring crap up that happen 25 years ago and the crap with the other couple was the issue. I know with this concussion that I had from the accident play a huge part of me not being here in the marriage and things for awhile, which she holds against me. I just can not get over the fact that another man told me what my wife is and is not going to do. Keep saying if you are not here, ill take care of her and if I wanted her, ill take her. update: Mauserman was on the nail head. No fault state, everything split equally. Depend if she wants to fight or not, depend on the length of time for the divorce. still on the fence. Thanks, that's what I have been slowly learning from divorced friends. One, the wife wanted to fight and took two years. My wife says she does not want a divorce, but the thing is if she is not off the truck as of May 31, 2022, I'll will be filing. I hate driving, used to be fun but with these stupid people and the government, I can not stand it. But that's a different story. Since she stop talking to them, our relationship has improved alot. I even put Spyware on her phone during this bs, nothing since she broke it off. She still says I was over thinking things. But she has change back to the woman I used to love. Az, they are not cheap, but this lawyer is a friend of a close friend and only charging me $50.00 for the 1st hour, something about hiring her to represent me and bounded by clients and lawyer confidentiality. Even my good friend is saying WTF. Should have it wrap up in the hour. It more less to see how things goes in the state of Missouri. I'll bring everything and let the lawyer look at it. I'm trying to get phone records from her phone of calls to/from them. On a positive note, she had no contact with them and things is slowly going back to normal. The guy drives for the same company and they are going to try to keep us apart, no repower, or at the yard at the same time. My dispatcher boss was not happy almost losing a team that can do the impossible. But she saying that I don't trust her, I trust her and it's the other people I don't trust. UPDATE: Yesterday was a blow up. I proved to her that she is emotionally and mentally attached to them. She started to cry. I was a freaking rock. I called work and told them to get me my own truck. So this morning, she broke all ties with them. I will still see the divorce lawyer just in case. But I'm hoping she will not go behind my back, if she does, she is history and 28.5 wasted I will feel like. She knows that there is no give with the other couple. Rob

We took a week vacation off and one of the rules was no communications. Things was back to normal. Well, he messaged her, needless to say I was pissed and she did not tell me. I sleep on the couch for a night. I no longer blame them, my wife is who I blame now. We was on the truck for less then 4 hours and she called him.. Every time she talks to him, it hurts, but no more. I have a appointment with a divorce lawyer when I get home and I'm start to separating the finances now. She found out about the lawyer and wants to go to counseling. WTF? Been a good run, 28th of Oct will be 26 years and it's ending for a guy/couple we only knew for 6 months. As for a open marriage, my friend has one with his wife, but there are rules and boundaries that they do not cross. Both him and his wife was in the Army and stationed at different bases. She out now, and more less they have a closed marriage now. Rob

My wife and a former married couple friends is the stress. Long story short, my wife blind side me causing us to be on the road another year and the married couple wants us to have a open marriage and my wife has her eyes closed. That's a long story by it self. Rob

Sorry that I have not been a active member of this community for a long time. I am in a dark hole for a long time now and have been trying to get out of it, so I have been keeping to myself for awhile now. I am depressed and mad and feel like no where to turn but my own head. I'm trying real hard to see other people point of view but they same fubar. I am very open minded but there is lines I do not cross and things I would not do. My wife thinks I'm over reacting but I think I'm not. I'm thinking I'm heading down divorce street if this keep up. Rob

I got into a new hobby, I'm casting my own slugs. Its a Lee 1oz 12ga. slugs one cavity mold. I cast 172 in one setting. It went by fast. Next is .452 230gr. Bullets. I have 200 lbs of lead. Rob

Been here ever now and then. Just working and got to see my dad after 1.5 years. He's doing good and safe. Finally got my bullet mold but forgot to order the freaking handles. Back been killing me, but the snap Doctor says I was not fully heal from the last time. But since I'm off for a whole week, I have been healing up good. Looking for a local job, just want to go home. Bouncing the thought about sell my surplus rifles what is left of my collection. My cousin knows how to get my blood boiling. He keeps saying they're coming for my guns.
