  1. I doubt very seriously the Rittenhouse battle is over. I expect to see civil suits going both ways. You might recall how the Goldman family went after OJ. It is my understanding the Goldman family prevailed but have been unable to collect a single dime. Possibly OJ bankrupted it away, I’m not sure. Hopefully the mainstream nutworks will have to shell out major bucks to Rittenhouse as they did in the Nick Sandman situation. I don’t know how a non celebrity can collect big bucks for damaging a reputation but the rumor mill says Sandman has collected somewhere in the neighborhood of 250 mill so far and still has lawsuits pending. The biggest chunk was from CNN in a settlement for an undisclosed amount. I’d love to see Rittenhouse drain CNN’s bank account and hopefully he will prevail. I heard on radio news today OAN News just lost a lawsuit against CNN and Rachel Maddow. Maddow was claiming OAN had Russian agents on their payroll. It was proven false but the judge ruled t was simply political hyperbole and caused no harm.
  2. I hope everything goes smoothly for.you. My experience as I applied for a disability retirement somebody was determined to break it off in my ass. I suspect it was a woman possibly two working in personnel that were giving me the screw. One woman is the sister of another executive board member I challenged in an election for higher office. My paperwork was not going to Wash DC and my health insurance was mysteriously canceled, my accrued annual and sick leave disappeared so the employer portion of was not being paid despite my side of the premium was being paid through payroll deductions. I finally got help from an RN in the medical unit. She made sure my medical records and paperwork got to DC. I’m not sure how she did it but she jerked the right chain and my leave was reinstated. Took a few more weeks through the bureaucracy getting my health insurance back. I owed a small fortune as I had started Chemo. The other woman in personnel I rejected as a possible love interest and she didn’t take to kindly to it. There was also a mid level manager I hammered with about 30+ grievances and an EEO complaint that stuck. He caught me one day in the parking lot telling me he’d get even someday. He claimed the EEO cost him a higher level promotion to the regional level. Him and I crossed paths in our Cancer treatment. He made a remark about how I was managing the cost without health insurance. He was obviously aware and possibly involved. He was obviously high on pain meds with glossy eyes and wouldn’t give me a straight answer on his involvement or how he knew about it. He just kept changing the subject with stupid jokes believing he was being funny. Unfortunately I made plenty of enemies costing several supervisors a promotion. I especially went after the middle aged supervisors pressuring young female new hires, some barely out of high school into putting out if they wanted to get past their probationary period. I had to deal with some chicken sh!t harassment. A young punk tried to give me a 7-day suspension. Through binoculars he observed me go from one dirt road curb side delivery to another about 10-15 yards ahead for not using my turn signal. Another tried to discipline me for being about 15 minutes late. I was stuck in a traffic jam. Traffic was stopped due to a police situation and a shooting. From my cell phone I called told him what was going on. He demanded I get a policeman on the phone to verify it. I told him FU and hung up. When I arrived he claimed he called police, claiming I made it up. He asked if I was late from a hang over and tried to get me referred to an alcoholism counselor. Didn’t take him long to regret it and by the time I was done he tried to be my best friend. Sorry again guys. I’m bored out of my mind and started keyboard rambling again. Tony just watch your ass as somebody like a bleeding heart Lib believing you are a white supremacist might try to screw up your retirement process.
  3. I believe we all want to see justice BUT not seeing an immediate not guilty verdict on all counts seems to me there is at least one juror not going with the flow. I suspect there might be some deal making going on, for example. I’ll give you two but I want at least one guilty verdict. I’m not familiar with their local laws. In Arizona the jury can reduce the level of a homicide charge. Lower first degree to second or the various levels of man slaughter. While I sat on a grand jury we had one first degree homicide charge we heard. There was no pre meditation but the murder was so heinous the prosecution went for the max. All the jurors were certain it would be a plea bargain down to second degree it went forward to first degree by a 11-2 vote. I had to get between two jurors before a fist fight happened. A few jurors called the prosecutor back asking if they could indict a first degree charge but take the death penalty away. Answer was no and we got a lecture that we were not to consider the possible sentence. After watching Tucker tonight I learned about more prosecutor misconduct. In pre trial the defense was given a lower quality blurry video but the prosecutors used a high quality clear video in the trial. The prosecutors failed to mention at least two witnesses they decided not to use. Obviously the prosecution deliberately withheld exculpatory evidence from the defense. Has me believing there might be more exculpatory evidence favorable to Kyle that hasn’t yet been discovered. Far as I’m concerned the judge should declare a mistrial with or without prejudice. Personally I feel the prosecutors I saw on TV are both sleaze balls. If there is a retrial the two creeps should be removed.
  4. Tony as a former union rep I have to advise you to watch your ass, keep personal notes of any harassment and if possible date stamp them on a govt clock. If TSHTF you’ll quickly learn who your true friends are. Your crime is simply rocking the boat but others will view it as your white privilege. I can say with much certainty every thing you wrote will likely wind up in your OPF but will be conveniently removed if you request to view it. I’m not sure how VA operates but in the Post Office employees also had separate files in labor relations that were near impossible to view unmolested. Don’t be surprised if you’re doxxed by some silent holier than thou on the employee forum. Be leery of any new apple polishing brown noseing fiends encouraging you to write more.
  5. That’s my understanding. I was part of a jury pool to be selected. We were seated awaiting to be polled and questioned y the judge and lawyers. We barely sat down while a private discussion between lawyers and judge and we were sent back to the waiting room. A few minutes later a bailiff came out and told us the judge dismissed the trial with prejudice. We were not told any details. I lucked out that day as all potential jurors were sent home at about 12:15. Noon or earlier I had to report back to work.
  6. I also agree Karl. The prosecutor as so many today are more concerned about adding a win to their score, their reputation and could care less about destroying somebody’s life. Guess it’s the numerous times I’ve been on a jury. I don’t see Rittenhouse walking away scot free. With multiple charges the jurors might start playing let’s make a deal. On every jury I sat on, the majority of the jurors were govt employees. They can afford it as they still draw their pay but has to reimburse their employer for as in my case a whopping $16 per day juror pay. There’s always a sweet old lady like a jury I sat on that was a school cafeteria worker. Another one a non govt employee but headed a neighborhood watch and boasted how well she works with police and the mayor always returns her calls. They simply believe everything the cops and prosecutors present and the defendants are either lying, covering up or exaggerating. I cut off one holier than know juror. “Cops don’t lie that’s against the law”. My comeback was “don’t feed me that horse I was married to a cop and know better”. I did get her thinking by explaining cops rarely tell a totally fictitious story but they tend to exaggerate and deliberately leave things out. I fear a deadlocked jury, mistrial declared and Kyle going through another trial. The judge might impose a conditional release, more bail and possibly having to report often to a probation officer. Even worse tied down to an ankle monitor. Something as simple as a traffic ticket or returning home five minutes after a curfew could get his conditional release revoked. From what I saw on TV after one of the prosecutors asked a prosecution witness “ we didn’t ask you to change your written statement ” the witness promptly replied “yes you did”. If I was the judge I would have immediately declared a mistrial.
  7. Just for the nostalgia, GET DOWN AND GIVE ME 20 CRUIT
  8. It’s getting crazy in schools but I hope this isn’t an example of parents using their child to protest. As a parent I’d give in rather than deny a child of their education and teaching them to challenge school authorities.
  9. Happy birthday & Semper Fidelis Karl.
  10. My X managed a kitchen at a large assisted living center. She said there were the typical trouble makers that she said played grab ass or elbow tit always trying to cop a feel. It really backfired for one elderly patient. He grabbed and pinched a nipple on a heavy set Mexican 16 year old after school waitress. She dropped the plate, doubled up her fist and knocked him out cold. The 80 some year old man spent the night in the hospital.

I just heard an interesting angle tonight at my gun club meeting. It came from a member claiming to have some insider information. The inexperienced female assistant did not know the difference between a blank and a flush seated lead wad cutter. She assumed by not seeing a projectile it was a blank. It does make sense that revolvers altered to fire Hollywood blanks have something inside the cylinder blocking a cartridge with an exposed projectile from chambering may not have stopped the flush seated wad cutter. Don’t know if what the member said is true, if his source really has insider knowledge or is it some so called net expert was speculating.
  12. One of my step daughters often needed my help with what I called her melt in Levi’s. She would lay flat on her back then with all the strength I could muster and fasten the top button.
  13. Way to cool!! All you need are a few girlie posters and your all set.
  14. I have to admit being reluctant and frightened going to an oral surgeon in Nogales needing two root canals. The scariest part was the ride up ten stories in a squeaky and shaky elevator. Two times in my life I’ve been stuck in an elevator. Once in the office though I started to relax. It was very neat, clean and just like USA dentists a few aquariums and tables with American gossip magazines. His female staff were all beyond gorgeous and spoke very good English. My biggest surprise was my first time seeing digital X-ray. That was about 1991-2 and few USA dentists had digital X-ray yet. I opted to remain awake and the entire procedure was totally painless. The downside was the oral surgeon spoke very poor English. According to his receptionist he was educated in Madrid Spain. He was fluent in French and the various dialects of Spanish. It was before I swallowed my pride and began using hearing aids. We had a communication problem that was remedied by his receptionist translating for us. The misery came on the way home. The surgeon gave me two small envelopes with pills. The envelope marked number one was for if it hurts. Number two with only three pills was for if it hurts real bad. One for today, two for tomorrow and if it still hurts to see American Dr. Long one short, customs made me dispose of the pills I foolishly mentioned. I wasn’t hurting at the time and thought no big deal. About the time we got into Tucson I was nearly in tears it hurt so bad. My then wife took over driving stopped at a drug store and came out with what the pharmacist said was a combination pill of Tylonal, Motrin, Caffeine and another drug I can’t remember the name of. At best it gave me a nasty case of heartburn. My wife gave me one of the sleeping pills she sneaked across the border and I eventually fell asleep. I made several trips to Nogales dentists and over a period of about 6-7 months I spent about six grand for me, wife and one of my twins. I had all my 1960’s Silver and Mercury fillings removed and replaced with a very hard white plastic. We got crowns, bridges and other things. I was quoted $9,000 alone by an American dentist just for the fillings replacements and replacing a worn out crown I got as a teenager. I saved big bucks only to have all my natural teeth along with my hair, many finger and toenails fall out from the Chemo a couple years later. Been well over 20 years and my son still has the bridge and my X still had her removable snap in falsie when she left. No complains about the quality as far as I know everybody’s fillings still intact except mine of coarse.
  15. Bolt looks great Fly!! Doc can’t believe the 650 price tags on the mil-slurps especially the Arisaka. It’s been a few years but I paid $30 for my first Arisaka. It was complete with everything except dust cover and bent monopod.
  16. I almost hate saying it. Rob if she’s making life miserable, why suffer through it.

I’m sure the prosecutor is under pressure be it the police or victim’s family to charge someone with a crime. I think we can all agree that the responsibility lies with the trigger man. Once the civil actions begin there will probably be several people sharing the responsibility. Lawyers being lawyers will likely go after anybody with wealth or liability insurance. The lawyers won’t bother anybody that live paycheck to paycheck that will simply bankrupt away any award.
  18. Just like Piglosi commenting on Obozo Care. We have to pass it to see what’s in it.
  19. I have two Shaw barrels, 338 and 458 Mags. No complaints from me. I miss the Savage barrel kits Shaw marketed about ten years ago. Got the blued barrel, Savage barrel nut wrench, go and no go gauges. The kits sold at Sportsman’s Warehouse for under 100 bucks.
  20. I used to hear some real horror stories from women going through a divorce. Unfortunately many of the women’s lawyers told them they would get a no fault divorce but couldn’t get into the abuse or the reasons. In other words their lawyers didn’t want to spend the time listening as they vented. The women just needed to talk to somebody as several were an emotional mess. If they spilled their guts to USPS mgmt they would be referred to an alcohol and drug counselor leaving a mark in their records that could have affected their upward mobility.

I’m still wondering if it was live ammo or was some kind of projectile launched by a blank. It will likely be a few years once the lawsuits begin before we hear the details. I also wonder if involuntary manslaughter charges will be filed. If it’s Baldwin with his money for lawyers and notoriety i’m sure he will walk away a free man.
  22. That’s what I used to tell everyone that confided with me when I was a union rep. I learned to listen and not say much when people spoke with me about personal problems. I went a step further telling them to avoid advice from friends and family. Seemed like there was always the injured partner that turned it into a war of revenge.
  23. I really wonder who exactly is running or better said forking with the US economy. I doubt Joe is smart enough to make change for a five dollar bill.
  24. Years ago a woman I was half assed shacking up with. Her son was going through a nasty divorce and moved back in with mom. Same thing that ruins a lot of marriages, she got hooked on drugs. She had a good job as a regional manager for a chain of convenience stores. She somehow figured out a way to print money orders and collected tens of thousands before it was discovered. Most of the fraud was after they split but before the divorce. After police got involved he was assured that with his cooperation he would not be financially responsible. He revealed everything he knew and her possible involvement with stolen jewelry. I was told when she was arrested cops found Heroin and Meth. The agreement didn’t work for him, the corporation went after him. They told his attorney the oral agreement was with the police and prosecutor not them. I split with the G/F shortly after hearing a lawsuit was or about to be filed. Last I heard from one of the former G/F’s employees. His attorney was trying to work out a settlement for 50% with him making monthly restitution payments. How it worked out for him I’m not sure. I was told he was still living with mom with his two kids and his X was in prison but she didn’t know for how long.
