  1. The B by the serial number is a cursive B, top oval smaller than the bottom one and a short tail on the left side of the letter. I'll get it to the range again the first nice day we have..just back from the U.P....not as good as last year...we had hit a two day old moving sale near Newberry and the guy had guns at $25 each...Winchester Gallery .22 pump, two Remington nylon 66 and a high Standard 12ga pump...he just wanted them gone before moving, must had just dropped the prices that morning, cause I know a Yooper would not had passed on them at $25...we came home with a van load that year

  2. Just picked up this K98 custom Mannlicher by Clyde Moore, Warren MI. I have read he built some very nice custom rifles and the auction price was right.At 39" It looks to be a great stalking rifle for the woods of northern Michigan.
