The Gop Would Rather The Dems Win Than A Tea Party Reformer.

Conservative radio host Rush Limbaugh said his prediction in the Virginia governor’s race came true on Wednesday when Republican Ken Cuccinelli lost to Democrat Terry McAuliffe. In Virginia, Limbaugh argued, “the GOP simply didn’t want a Tea Party candidate winning there.”

“They just didn’t,” he said. “Because they could’ve won that race, folks. I mean, it’s really a shame. I was gonna say stunning, but it really isn’t stunning.”

After arguing that McAuliffe used the “Clinton model of running a three-way race, where there was a ringer candidate (Robert Sarvis) to siphon off votes from his opponent,” Limbaugh said the Democrats enlisted a “fake Libertarian candidate” who was “bought and paid for by an Obama bundler.”

“If you look at the end result in Virginia, more people voted against McAuliffe than voted for him,” Limbaugh explained. “It’s no different than Ross Perot in the race in 1992 siphoning votes away from Bush 41. And just like in Clinton’s two elections, more people voted against McAuliffe than voted for him because of this fake Libertarian candidate who was bought and paid for by an Obama bundler who ended up getting 7 percent of the vote.”

According to the experts, he added, Cuccinelli was “supposed to lose thing thing in a landslide.” However, he only lost by about two points in the end.

“So it fits the Clinton model to a T. Bagman candidate, third-party candidate that’s a bogus placeholder, to siphon off votes, and it worked like a charm,” Limbaugh concluded. “But the details coming out of Virginia are even more frustrating and maddening than that. Even though they were predicted, it’s still frustrating to see it happen.”

Mark Levin was eating up the Republican establishment and big businesses that wouldn't intervene.

It is reminiscent of Richard Daley Sr's Chicago machine. Daley's machine would bank roll multiple black candidates in the Democratic primary effectively splitting the black vote. His black primary opponents in exchange for a cushy city govt job. Would garner the black vote for Daley in the general election.

So people are finally waking up to idea that the Rino's would rather see a Dem in office than a tea party republican.
