FC
I think the argument in return to the restriction of the 1st Ammendment may be the best argument. However, now even the 1st Ammendment is at risk.
Dr.Hess
The 1st Amendment is already gone. It has been morphed into a "right to make and view homosexual pornography" and no longer a "right to criticize your government." Freedom of religion? Gone. karlunity
I have to agree. If the court can get away with telling a baker that he must bake a cake for a homo wedding even if it is against his religion, than a major part of the First Amendment is gone. karl
