ShooterTom Posted July 15, 2019 Author Report Share Posted July 15, 2019 Basically my wife was having friends of hers friend me on social media before I realized she was planning a divorce. She used some of them as witnesses in court. I lost custody temporarily So I fired my attorney I hired a new one and she immediately told me to get off of all social media and forums to close them and I opened a new one but just for family. AzRednek Posted July 15, 2019 Report Share Posted July 15, 2019 I feel for you Tom. I went through a custody battle for my twins. I did prevail about $15,000 1978 dollars later. At the time Arizona was going through changes in divorce laws. The burden of proof showing her unfit as a parent was a difficult obstacle.
