fritz
If you buy one, get the best condition you can. The shooter grade (sold byAIM last year) is a piece of crap! Good luck, but the Chinese models of the SKS that were sold for $85 were much better. It's the times we live in. I will sell you mine, if you really want a piece of crap. Oh schitt, I forgot you reside in California. Sorry, no sales to California. fritz

sonic1
this bring up the old question....how can they modify a c and r rifle and still sell it on a c&r ?
Rhys898
this bring up the old question....how can they modify a c and r rifle and still sell it on a c&r ? They can't. At least not to Californians. As far as the state's concerned that gun isn't old enough for you to have it shipped to your home. You wouldn't be breaking federal law but you would be breaking state law. You will probably get one in better condition by just going to Turners Outdoors (call around and find a location that has them) and the tax and dros will even out to what you'd pay for the shipping and transfer fees, since it seems like every shop in cali charges 60 or more for internet transfers.
