swamprat
Karl, These are pic's of my Carl Gustaf KKW 22 training rifle. Not very good but you can see some of it. The sights are original to the rifle. Has Boyd custom stock. Jun08_20 JUn08_24 Jun08_19. Jun08_26 Swamprat

FC
I thought, gee, we have pictures of ol' Karl! Well, another ol' Karl. I haven't heard of this rifle. You must have gotten it some time ago? I love the rear sights.
swamprat
Tony, These KKW's have the same action as a 98 Mauser. They were used as traning rifles. Unfortunately this one was put on a custom stock. The orginal stock was probably duffel cut as a WWII bring back. This is the only one I've ever seen made by Carl Gustaf of Sweden most were made by Mauser. The Mauser's appear every once in a while on the auction sites for sale. The sites are orginal to the rifle and the top of the receiver and back portion of barrel have been factory stipiled to reduce glare. The front site is hooded. Shoot's 22 long rifles and is dead accurate. I have owned the gun about 3 years having purchased it from a friend right before he died of cancer. He aquired it from an old gunsmith in Colorado along with a bunch of other guns and parts so no history is known. Swamprat
