Kev Posted November 19, 2007 Report Share Posted November 19, 2007 Guys - I've got a real nice late war "ar" coded barreled action, except that someone removed the entire rear sight assembly. I have all the replacement parts, but lack the tools to silver solder and do a repark. Any recommendations for a smith to do this task? Z1r did three bolt handles for me, best I've seen, so far I've kept them hidden as they're too good for the usual Mauser actions I come across. Clemson has done some really fine work also, and, I know I'm overlooking at least two others from this site who have displayed their work.
