CurtInAtl
Timney buehler style safety I have heard everything from drop in to some milling of cocking piece required. The instructions on Timney's web site are just about useless, some pics would be great.
Spiris
A simple search brought this to light, but I didn't read it through, so I'm hoping it helps. Any low safety that I have installed was installation friendly. http://www272.pair.com/stevewag/turk/turklosafe.html Spiris
CurtInAtl
Thanks, I have seen that but I wasn't sure if it is the same for a '93 bolt.
Spiris
Sorry, I missed the SR reference, and I've not done a SR myself, but it's likely to be similar, I would guess. Spiris
AzRednek
The instructions on Timney's web site are just about useless, some pics would be great. It was a sad day when I discovered Timney changed hands. While the founder's son was running the business, he or one of his aids would have walked you through on the phone or offered to install it no charge if you sent it to him. Now if you have a problem and call they will most likely tell you to take it to a gunsmith.
CurtInAtl
I am not a gunsmith but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express, I wonder if that counts.

CurtInAtl
Those ehow posts sure do make it sound simple. But then I guess something can be simple but not anything close to easy.
odies dad
The hardest part of installing the Beuhler type safeties is finding that little spring after you launch it across the shop.
