Sorry to everyone experiencing the errors. Unfortunately, I was never told by staff or customers (as the message clearly said) that the server was down. The downside is that Elliot is away and will come back in a few days. I have rebooted the server 3 times with no difference, so that last thing that I have done is emailed the emergency response for our data center where the server is. Obviously I am not the owner of the server, so I hope that they will still respond and get the server fixed ASAP. Once again, I apologise for the time that this has taken.
P.S. These errors were reported by the data center to us to be fixed 2 weeks ago. They seemed to have been causing no further problems for the last 2 weeks, however, today is the 1st time the server has gone like this again. I hope that the datacenter will be able to rectify the problem for good, and I apologise.
