    Wow, can't handle over 80?!

Yes I’m the guy wearing shorts and tank top in 60 degree weather. My wife laughs at me but I would rather work it the cold and snow than summertime temps. Was a beautiful day today. High hit 73. That’s my kind of summer

ok, I got 7 out of 10 done.  no issue but one and that is the 7th one.  The hammer will not go in.  scrapping up against the front.  So, I am thinking I need to refill it with a new bit.  So I have stop and have to order a bite.

I never used a router. But a friend on mine and does said to use wax lube on the bits. Makes sense since I use wax on my miter was to cut aluminum extrusions. I learned that trick from a commercial glass guy. It comes in a tube like a glue stick. I got it at Home Depot last time.

  3. The grand designs are nice. We almost traded in our keystone for one last year, but decided to wait a few years. Here in MI I wouldn’t want a5ther because of the height. I hit enough crap with our 11’ high tt. Out west maybe different story. Nice truck though. Of coarse my wife’s family would kill us if we got a dodge. They all work for ford, but the discount is nice.

Rob is that a muzzle brake?? What caliber is it?? Does your state require the short mags?

Curious to know. Here in mi we have no mag restrictions but for hunting. Deer hunting of using a semi auto you need a small mag for example.

Geissle - because its beyond amazing. You will never even try to tune an AR trigger after you squeeze a Geissle. I hesitated because of price, until I installed it and squeezed it.

If I ever sell the rifle I will install a stock trigger and keep the Geissle.

Ssa or ssa-e? There are some good prices on the e lately. Wondering if it is worth the upcharge. I was thinking that for 2 stage or cmc for single. Weighing my options.

    Why’s the herd down?

Hard winters, wolves, and crappy deer management. Still lots of snow on the ground today where I go. The southern up isn’t as bad. We are about 2 miles from Lake Superior. I haven’t deer hunted without snow in about 20 years.  Some times over 2 foot on the ground. Most the yooper serious deer hunters come down state where the farm fields raise the big one. But I like the deep woods. More traditional deer camp.

Well, given that it's called the Upper Peninsula, chances of a nearby lake are pretty good.  :P.

I want a T-Shirt from Hessel, MI, right there when you get to the UP.  X-Large.  Something like "Welcome to Hessel."  I think it's a wide spot in the road.

My friends were from the UP.  "You-Pers."  They'd tell stories of walking home, drunk, and having to be careful on certain parts of the streets because the bears were out raiding trash cans.

A friend of mine goes there on a regular basis. He in-laws live near there.  I’ll see what he can find. There is a bar there so maybe something.  It’s not big. And it is yoopers!
