4mm. The one picked is 1909 arg and the one with the pin is 89 and 91's. A friend of mine makes new screws with a torx head. You can find them on eBay. Don -

Looks like it needs another turn. Was the notch modified with welding. Pre98 had a notch for shroud clearance. Find another bolt or pic of a bolt online and see if the notch looks the same. Or it could be the threads as you thought. Don

I can't think of a more accurate way to true a receiver than single pointing the threads on the lathe. Any piloted tool will just follow the old hole

No not hers. Me and the wife drove up north to prep my deer hunting spot two weeks ago. I stopped for feed and there was a bin full of these things.
