Sorry to hear about your back. (Especially if that ex-Christmas tree isn't even really so "living" after all.) I can definitely relate to the old body not performing nearly as well as it used to, and I'm only forty five years old. (I gotta start taking better care of myself.) But, as the cliché goes, getting old is still better than the alternative. Good luck with your vendetta against that tree. (Myself, I'd get back at that damned mud.)

724wd, Thanks for looking that up! An "A" from the NRA is, indeed, a good thing. Karl, Obama is clearly very intelligent and well-educated -- so he must already "see" the light. The question is whether or not he'll heed it.

I didn't know that Schumer likes her. That is a bad sign. Hopefully, though, he's just saying he likes her out of partisan solidarity. But I don't really know much about her other than that the mainstream media considers her to be "pro-gun". For all I know, other than that, she may be just as much a fascist as Schumer.

Instead of putting another damned Kennedy (or that ass, Andrew Cuomo) in the Senate, the governor of New York appointed a pro-gun (at least according to the mainstream media) Democrat to replace Hillary Clinton. Of course, we'll see just how "pro-gun" she really turns out to be...
