Not too many IMPAC holders in the Army could get away with it (though the USMC did have someone buy "breast augmentation") mainly the alphabet soup of Govt agencies that CAN access DOD supply system if they took the time and actually knew something but it is "easier" to access and it's not "their" $$

When he pressed the teacher she said she didn't want to hear any more about it and told him they would all be doing a "project" about the Constitution. This is America, teach American history first. I if you want to do ethnic studies you can do that in college and if you graduate you can ask your customers if they want fries with that

Unfortunately working on those. I have ordered an unfinished Boyds cut for the military barrel. Thought there is no practical way to restore but I thought with a little care and effort it will pass its' 100th birthday shooing and looking good. I plan to have my photo deficiency fixed before I start work.
