Yeah, none of the office supply stores have it. One didn't even know what it was. Amazon has it dirt cheap. For action inletting, try a chisel tipped large sanford sharpie marker. It transfers super easy and no mess whatsoever. When finished simply remove it with thinner

Jeremy try using carbon paper on your barrel channel.

I have the reamer & guages for both if you need

Wow That method is ill advised if safety and case longentivity is an issue. The amount of crush from saami to ai varies from one caliber to another. Could be .002 could be .012

My favorite load is 52gr H4831SC behind a 130 accubond You have ai guages?
-
Jeremy I build load & shoot a ton of 6⁵x55 ai. It's an extremely efficient caliber. I was thinking you were in our co-op. We have the Swede reamer

Rod still has it. It is still active on mausercentral.net as well

Put a little squirrel pee on that and push it in. It is designed to use a bullet to push with. I like to checker a 6-48 filister head screw to extend the button

I have several blanks and scraps of this. A friend of mine over on mausercentral recommended this product called aquafortis. It's pretty caustic (NH²O³) but really turns color when heated

Let's not stop with biden. The democrats have set their own precedence. Let the indictments roll!

That being said about someone cutting the face of the c-ring makes sense. A simple .700" diameter recess leaves some surface to torque to
-
I've never seen the correct bolt protrude past the c-ring. To fit the barrel, it's torqued to the c-ring, so I'd look in the direction of a different bolt. Both the 24/47 & m48 barrels are safty breached and require a bolt without the nub extension
-
Take a look at your bolt and extractor where it fits into the slot it front. Many are worn excessively resulting in the extractor sliding too far forward. It will hit the barrel upon closing and slide rearward
