FC
I’ve had misfires with K-31 reloads. Primer strikes on some, but didn’t fire. Ammonia smell when I open the ammo can. I’m not sure of the effects of high and low temperatures? How long does modern ammo tend to last?
ken98k
I just picked up a box of "6.5x53R dutch" made in 1943. I hope they work as I need several fired cases to have a set of dies made for a Mannlicher I got a while back.
ken98k
I fired 5 rounds of the 1943 military ammo with no hiccups! Not bad for 76 year old ammo.
FC
I seem to remember modern primers don't last long. You have the old, good, but corrosive primers?
