Dr.Hess
That's kinda cool. There are also those DIY 22LR reloading kits. I have no idea if they work or not, but if they do, they might be useful for reloading old rimfire BP rounds like that.
FC
Reloading .22s? I've never heard that one! Yeah, neat method. I copied an article a couple years ago that showed a method to offset a primer.
Dr.Hess
There was a company making kits. Not sure if they still do. They were being sold in several places, including budk.com. They don't list it anymore and I haven't seen it in their catalog in a while, but it was a little tool set to fix the primer ring crimp, stuff primer material down in it, add some powder and I think cast a bullet. They sold the components separately and described them as "white powder," etc. The directions (there was a youtube, of course) were to add so much of this color powder, so much of that color powder, mix, stuff, add, etc.

AzRednek
I got the impression the kit seems to be a lot of time consuming work. Doubt there will be any savings in money but it might be something to consider if we ever experience the shortages of the past brought on by Obozo's election.
