Thank you. Good use of wood that was gathering dust. I glued it up in three sections, planed them, then glued the sections together. At first I used an electric hand planer, then remembered I'd made a router sled to flatten wide stuff. Finish is Waterlox. Mesquite, maple, spalted oak from GA, one piece of Brazilian cherry, our old pine flooring, and eastern red cedar from the Columbia, SC area. I put a liquid run-off trench even in the back so that stuff like brisket juice wouldn't get under the cedar in the back. It's pretty heavy, with it being about 1 7/8" thick.
