FC Posted March 4, 2023 Report Share Posted March 4, 2023 Unless the couple backs out during the option period, St. Bubba's is sold. Kind of sad, but good in that we will be 100% debt free! I'll go load a UHaul next Thursday. They are from WA state and plan to make it an Air B&B. Not sure the neighbors will like that, but it's a town that can use every cent it can get. FC Posted March 4, 2023 Author Report Share Posted March 4, 2023 We saw very few homes for sale in N.W. Washington. Neighbors across the street are from California/Colorado. Guy who heard the voice in his ear in the attic is from CA, as well as some people by the railroad tracks. The locals may not want things to change, but the town would die without outsiders coming in. I got $220,000, minus 6% for the realtor. Guess I work for illegal alien wages, but it's been an adventure, and I've spent a lot more time with two of my brothers. Guess that makes it worth it.
