Reloading that thing is a PITA, and you only get 30 single shots, really, or 10 3 round bursts before you're really empty. And where did our 100 Billion Dollars go? No wonder we're hearing about ammunition shortages in our military! I still give money for stuff like uniforms, vitamins, sutures for C-sections, and medic supplies. Will we ever get a really accurate accounting of the money publicly? I'm not sure. I know our ever-trustworthy gubmint has officials who watch where the money goes over there. The "mini-gun" will probably spawn something more effective. The bullet drop and not leading like he should on the target makes this an interesting, but probably not effective weapon. It takes two semi-autos, like a 10/22, mounts them together and adds a hand crank, mount, sight, etc. You crank the handle and they will both fire. I used to see them advertised as having an approval letter, but I haven't seen an ad in a long time now and we all know how those "approval letters" work today. Dr.Hess Posted July 14, 2023 Report Share Posted July 14, 2023 The 10/22's are a fantastic rifle. Everyone needs one of those. And it's sort of the SBC of 22's, or the 1911 of 22's, I suppose. That is, the aftermarket support for it is unbelievable. You can literally build one from the ground up without using a single Ruger part. Magazines up to insane capacity, like 100 round or something. Heavy barrels, pencil barrels, stainless, carbon fiber, everything is out there.
