BobVZ
http://www.e-gunparts.com/DisplayAd.asp?ch...hrSuperSKU=&MC= I spied this on the Numrich site. Might be an economical option for you guys that like to re-thread and chamber for Mausers. Bob
Guest Guest_Tailgunner Dave_*
I am glad you posted that, it reminded me of another barrel they have there.... http://www.e-gunparts.com/DisplayAd.asp?ch...SuperSKU=&MC=YJ Anyone know anything about these?? Doble Troble
Both look like good practice fodder. You might get lucky and get an accurate rifle out of them. The cheap A&B I chambered in 38-55 is turning-out to be a shooter.
AzRednek
Having many years ago purchased two barrels from Numrich, the quality was second rate. One barrel I returned asking for a refund and got another barrel instead. On the other hand a friend of mine bought a 22 cal rim fire liner from them about the same time and he was more than pleased with it's accuracy. I would at least consider Numrich's barrel quality suspect unless it comes from a name brand manfacture.
fritz
I agree, Numrich or whatever they wish to be called, are the junk yard of firearms. As in any junkyard, there is trash and treasure. Treasure to the buyer maybe, but junk to them. I simply stay away from GPC because of my past dealings with them, going back about 40 years. That tells my age, but it also tells something about them. fritz
