I've sent my license in (September) I've filled out the form (several times) This last time they changed my password to some generic number and letter combination. When I go to log in this red bar pops up saying 'you must be authorized first' I filled out the forms for the new site a few months ago now. They say it only takes 72 hours. I was working earlier this evening. What was so frustrating was that I'd both left a message and called over a month ago and it still wasn't working.
