I'll be eating light for noon meal, but then we will have a meal at the club before teeing off for a little tournament. That brisket looks like it may require a few hours to cook. I can smell it already (way down here in S. Texas). The rains I was expecting have been hit or miss (mostly miss right here). It sure looked good around 8 this morning, then it all blew to the east. Maybe later today. Or tomorrow. Or the next day. There is a good chance in the forcast through next weekend.
