.17 Hrm In Marlin 60

Yes, there is always someone out there who will get his cartridges mixed up. I have had .308 Win shells jammed in a 25/06 chamber (scary), then same fellow brings his .270 Win rifle and complains of poor accuracy (he was shooting 25/06 in it).

Now a fellow brings his Marlin tube fed .22 model 60 with a tube jam. The guy had put a .17 HRM shell down the tube, and it hung up tight at the bottom of the tube. At least it didn't make its way to the chamber. There is enough difference in the rim diameter of the Hornady round that will clog the tube at the bottom.

While this was an easy one to fix, I shutter to see what some fool will bring me next.
