machinist1
A friend of mine asked me to look at a Ruger Blackhawk that he is thinking of buying. It is a Limited production Blackhawk made for a Buckeye Sports Supply. Caliber 32/20, 32 H&R magnum. Production started in March 1989 til ?. The gun would not cock. The hammer would only come back a little. The paw would not drop for the cylinder to turn. Upon disassembly I discovered that the hammer plunger was bent. After driving out the retainer pin and pulling out the plunger I discovered that the plunger spring had rusted away. I ordered the parts to fix the problem. Does anyone know the value of this "limited production" revolver? Thanks,

machinist1
Thanks Swamprat. I think this revolver will rate VG after I fix it. I don't think it has been fired much. I wish he still had the box. The blue is perfect except for a light ring around the cylinder. Does the blue book say how many where produced? Thanks,
