FC
Part one of the trip. There's been a lot of "wow" factor in the trip. God done good on His creation. We also went to Arches Nat. Park, and the Grand Canyon. Rocky Mt. Nat. Park, CO
swamp_thing
Tony, looks like from what i see in the pictures that the vacation has been very good so far. The beauty of the mountains is hard to beat. After the floods you started out in, I bet this is a great change. Enjoy the entire trip. be safe and keep the pictures coming. Enjoy your new home when you arrive as well. Now, I have to go back and look them over some more. swamp_thing

Horsefly
My favorite part of the national park is at the visitors center.Across the rock from it is the steps that go out to the lookout where you see on the west side of the valley a little stream that's the Colorado River headed to California, and on the east side is the Rio Grande head for the Gulf of Mexico.I was in Colorado a month ago,and already am wishing I could go back. What a lifetime memory making adventure you kids are on.Jerry
FC
It sure was pretty. Yeah, we took the red-headed bigfoot with us! For some reason the pines west of the great divide were dying. Pine bark beetles? Drought?
