Greek M2 Ball I am very happy with this rifle, shooting 1" groups @ 50yd with open sights is pretty darn good for me. Man I want to scope this thing so bad, Talk me out of it ! If your rifle is in original military condition, you'll only kick your own butt as it's value drops. There are plenty of 03 actions out there. Consider building and scoping one first. However I do unlike the brand x group recognize it being your own property to do as you please with it. When my eyesight was good I could at a hundred yards with my 03 shooting match ammo, via the iron sights, do as I do today with a scope. That is no exagguration, I could print a pretty cluster with it at 100 yards. Think you did good with it using mil-surp ammo, wait untill you work up some reloads. I can assure you, you will be thrilled once you hit that sweet spot and will be glad you didn't scope it. Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
