ken98k
Does anyone out there have any info on the 6.8X57? Its listed in "The Handloaders Manual of Catridge Conversions" but I haven't been able to locate anybody that makes dies or chamber reamers for it. Mauser chambered rifles in 6.8X57 for the chinese but there is little information about it. It seems this would be a great little round. AzRednek
Just a suggestion on the die, don't know if it will work. Assuming the shoulder angle is the same or close, use a 7X57 die and turn the expander ball down until it holds the bullet snugly. The 7X57 die may or may not squeeze the neck down to 6.8. If you have a 7X57 die try re-sizing some brass with the expander ball removed. Either mike the neck's interior or try a bullet and see if it holds. I'll look in my books and see if I have anything on the 6.8. If I do I'll post it later.
AzRednek
No help but interesting reading on your cartridge. You will likely have to expand the jpg to read it.
